1: All Valves are shipped Zero Leakage.

2: All Valves are Tested to MSS-SP-61-2003.

3: The Seats of the Valve are out of the Flow Path.

4: The Ball and Seats are Coated (LLK 1906) Rc 73 – 74.

5: The Stem Rotates in the Packing thus reducing the chance of Stem Leakage.

6: The Packing Gland is live loaded and maintains pressure on the 4 coils of packing of which 2 are reinforced and 2 are solid graphite.

7: The Ball and Seats are mate lapped.

8: The Seats are scrapper self cleaning style.

9: The Stem of the valve is supported in the mounting bracket.

This reduces side loading on the Ball, Seats and Packing.

10: The Heavy duty bracket is machined to ensure alignment if actuators are fitted.

11: 3 Models cover all sizes 12mm – 100mm ( ½” – 4”)
